About MTravel China
How long have you been operating?
Since 2004. We have run inbound programmes in China for 22 years and handled groups from over 100 countries.
Are you a licensed travel agency?
Yes. MTravel China is the trading name of Shen Yang M Travel Co.,Ltd. (沈阳甲客喵国际旅行社有限公司), licensed travel agency no. L-LN01284, registered on Harbin Road, Shenhe District, Shenyang. Our operations desk is in Shanghai.
Do you work with tour operators and travel agents?
Yes, the trade is our core business. We contract with tour operators, wholesalers, travel agents and MICE agencies, and run no outbound arm competing for the same operations team.
Which source markets do you work with?
Our main markets are the United States, Russia, Mexico, the UAE, Italy, France and Spain, and we have handled groups from over 100 countries.
Working together
Do you offer net rates and white-label documents?
Yes. Multi-day programmes are quoted at net for your desk to mark up. Itineraries, vouchers and guest-facing documents can carry your logo and terms; we stay the local execution layer.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day, by email, phone or WeChat. A full proposal follows within 24–48 hours of a complete brief.

Payments & cancellation
How do deposits work?
The deposit is set per booking, depending on the programme and the suppliers involved. We start reserving hotels, guides and transport once it is received.
When is the balance due?
It is agreed per booking. For peak dates or limited inventory, the balance is due at least 60 days before arrival.
Which currency and payment methods do you accept?
We quote and invoice in US dollars. Wire transfer is preferred; credit card is also accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any costs already incurred with hotels, transport, guides or venues at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.
Is travel insurance included?
No, our quotes do not include travel insurance. Every traveller must provide a copy of their medical insurance card before departure.
Scope
What group sizes do you handle?
From FIT and private groups to larger series and incentive groups. For fixed group departures, we reserve the right to cancel if minimum numbers are not met.
How large a MICE or incentive group can you run?
Capacity depends on dates, city and venues, so we confirm it per brief. Send your pax count, dates and venue needs and we will reply within one business day.
Which guide languages are available?
English is standard. Spanish and Russian guides run on our daily Beijing departures; other languages on request.
Which cities and regions do you cover?
All of mainland China. Our published product covers Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Xi’an, Chengdu, Harbin, Guilin/Yangshuo and Zhangjiajie, and we build routings well beyond them.
