En quoi consiste ce voyage

Four days, one hotel, and a choice of water town. This is the Zhouzhuang version: the Twin Bridges, Shen’s House and Zhang’s House, about an hour and a half out from Shanghai rather than one. The city day is the compressed build. Which of the two four-days to sell comes down to whether the client wants the name or the shorter drive.

  1. 1

    Jour 1 — Arrival in Shanghai

    Your driver meets you with a name board and transfers you to your hotel. Nothing else is scheduled — the day belongs to the flight.

  2. 2

    Jour 2 — Shanghai in one day

    Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the transparent gallery · Shanghai History Museum · Yu Garden and the old town · lunch at your own expense · the Bund · Nanjing Road. No river cruise on this build.

  3. 3

    Jour 3 — Shanghai to Zhouzhuang, and back

    Zhouzhuang water town: the Twin Bridges, Shen’s House, Zhang’s House and a paper-cutting workshop · lunch at your own expense · back to your Shanghai hotel.

  4. 4

    Jour 4 — Departure

    Hotel pick-up at a time set by your flight, and transfer to the airport or the station.

Notes opérationnelles

Ce qu'il vaut mieux soulever avant de chiffrer, pas après.

  • Zhouzhuang is ticketed in more than one form and this build is quoted on the leaner one. Confirm at quote stage whether the paper-cutting session and the two houses are in.
  • Yu Garden closes on Mondays. Tell us the arrival date and we will move the Shanghai days around it rather than dropping the garden.
  • Client hotels are quoted separately, against your room-type brief.
  • Rates do not apply over the China International Import Expo or Chinese New Year. Other major trade fairs are usually fine at more than a month's notice.
  • Booked inside a fair week, vehicles and guides get scarce and pricing moves with the market.
  • Large groups may need a luggage vehicle, which is quoted on top.
  • An evening meal or an evening activity adds a guide and vehicle surcharge.
