What this journey is
Everyone in the trade sells the same three Harbin sites in the same order. This version keeps the sites and changes everything else. The ice city moves to the arrival afternoon so the trip opens at its peak instead of building to it. The frozen Songhua becomes something guests get onto rather than photograph from the embankment. And the afternoon that would otherwise go to a municipal museum goes to a curling sheet with a coach — Harbin trains much of China's national squad, so the venues are the real thing. It carries a higher selling price than the classic on much the same ground cost.

Day 1 — Arrive Harbin, straight to the ice
Met at the airport and into the city · A short orientation walk down Central Street and out to the frozen river · Then Ice and Snow World while the light goes, which puts the largest thing the city has on the first afternoon rather than the second · Evening free.

Day 2 — Snow sculpture and the river
Sun Island for the snow sculpture expo, worked in packed snow at a scale that photographs badly and impresses in person · Then down onto the Songhua itself, which freezes hard enough to carry vehicles — dog sleds, ice bikes, skating and ice sailing all run on it · St Sophia in the late afternoon · Evening free.

Day 3 — History, Baroque and curling
The Unit 731 site museum for groups that want it · The Daowai Baroque blocks and a snack stop among them · The New Synagogue, now a museum of the community that built it and still the largest in East Asia · Two hours on a curling sheet with a coach in the afternoon · Evening free.

Operational notes
The things worth raising before you quote it, not after.
- Activities on the river ice are paid on the day to the operators working it, and the mix changes season to season. Quote a per-person allowance rather than promising a fixed list.
- Curling sheets are shared with training squads. Two hours is reliably bookable; a full afternoon usually is not.
- Day three crosses from Daowai back to Daoli. It works, but it is the one day where a late start costs an item.
- Temperatures routinely sit between −25 °C and −30 °C. Activity days outdoors need real kit, not city coats.
