What this journey is
Line C exists because a transit stop or a conference day gives you one day and the client still wants both halves of Shanghai. It takes the Oriental Pearl and the history museum from Line A, Yu Garden and the old town from Line B, and finishes on the Bund and Nanjing Road. What it gives up is the river cruise, Xintiandi and the Jade Buddha Temple — the day is already full without them. It is the busiest product on this shelf and it is honest about that.

Operational notes
The things worth raising before you quote it, not after.
- No river cruise, no Xintiandi, no Jade Buddha Temple — there is not room for them. Take Lines A and B over two days if there is time.
- Yu Garden closes on Mondays, which takes half of this line out. Run Line A on a Monday instead.
- Sequenced so the Bund lands late in the day, when it is lit.
- Rates do not apply over the China International Import Expo or Chinese New Year. Other major trade fairs are usually fine at more than a month's notice.
- Booked inside a fair week, vehicles and guides get scarce and pricing moves with the market.
- Large groups may need a luggage vehicle, which is quoted on top.
- An evening meal or an evening activity adds a guide and vehicle surcharge.
